This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and creative eCommerce manager, with great project management and team leadership skills, to manage the production and design of a multimillion in revenue eCommerce store.
Working closely with digital teams across Oxfam you will identify and drive a development programme across mobile and web channels to boost the usability, reputation and above all, profits.
The right person will have a background managing online content and production teams as well as experience in defining a great user experience in eCommerce. You'll have the ability to build effective working relationships across multiple teams and functions with a proven ability to manage digital change projects and think strategically.
Strong commercial focus with a deep understanding of eCommerce KPIs and the use of analysis tools to drive activity and achieve results would be a real advantage.
