Beacon Hill Technologies is currently looking for a Software Support Specialist for a client located in Independence, Ohio for an 18+ month contract.
This position is responsible for providing telephone support services for Accounting and Proprietary software issues. This position serves as a contact to assist with research, problem resolution, questions, and quality customer service. Works closely with other team members to gain knowledge and transfer support information within the team. Responsible for troubleshooting and providing clear and complete documentation of user problems and requests. Properly transfers and escalates dealer issues when appropriate. Meets established metrics of phone usage, Knowledge Base Usage and Knowledge Base Resolution
Skills:
MUST HAVE ACCOUNTING EXPERIENCE. Customer Service, Internet, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word, Peachtree
Additional Skills: SQL Database, Strong Communication Skills (Verbal and written) a must, Active Listening skills, Typing Skills >50 wpm, Database concepts
