My client is one of the leading telecom providers in the world and they are now looking for a Public Cloud Expert Consultant.

We are looking for a IES Certification Manager with strong interests and capabilities in enabling multi-vendor operation and software solutions. The ideal candidate will thrive in a work environment that requires strong problem solving skills and independent self-direction, coupled with an aptitude for team collaboration and open communication. This individual excels at providing both highly analytical as well as highly creative ideas to a design team. The candidate will also have experience in a fast-paced and innovative development environment. A thorough understanding of contemporary user-centred design methodologies is a must.

Please find the job description below:
1) Responsible for certification for our infrastructure marketplace portfolio to enable our innovation program for a Cloud Marketplace.
* Manage the certification and roadmap to create the marketplace to meet the needs of our lead service provider customers and partners, including adding new categories, adding new functionality, publishing supporting data & open APIs, increasing awareness and use by partners, and tracking engagement to certification.
* Engaging with service provider and partners to understand what they need
* Analysing and reporting on data regarding cloud marketplace performance to provide insights into what users want and to inform the head of marketplace
2) Responsible for helping the Head of Innovation, Ecosystem and Horizon 2020 to build an open IES System, to engage strategic participants, to support our lead customer engagements.
3) Building and manage a IES Certification program for leveraging processes from other company programs and insights.
4) Create a program to manage quality control across Training in the IES System.
5) Cultivate deeper relationships with Ecosystem companies.
* Help ecosystem companies understand how they fit into the IES Ecosystem and how we can enable their value propositions.
* Help companies better integrate with the community processes, ecosystem events, etc.
* Help companies identify paths and possibilities for contributions to the wider base.
* Communicate important information from ecosystem companies back to the Service Provider Operation department
6) Trademark compliance - get ecosystem companies involved in the appropriate trademark programs, and recommendations going forward

Experience required:
* The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years in Ecosystem development.
* Familiar with Service Provider Operation with experience in at least one tier 1 OSS, BSS or Open certification program, the players in the ecosystem, including different models (distributions, public clouds, services companies, etc)
* Technical enough to communicate the Service Provider Operation ecosystem strategy and able to dialogue with the business and technical teams, not afraid to to be hands on (ideally with multiple business models and open API platforms)
* Will do whatever it takes to make Service Provider Operation ecosystem successful. Believes in open source and the mission for industry collaboration
* Willing to travel as much as needed globally to engage with users and companies wherever they are.
* Familiar with product management processes (ie ability to document requirements for development teams to improve the marketplace)
* Contract negotiation & partner/vendor management experience a plus
