Description

Edinburgh: Niche HR Programme Manager -up to £550 per day. EA Change Group's Edinburgh based Banking client urgently requires a motivated and enthusiastic Niche HR Programme Manager to join them on a contract basis.

The Niche HR Programme Manager would be working on a Banking Reform act which is currently undergoing consultation.

The joint FCA/PRA consultation paper (FCA CP14/13 PRA CP14/14) on "strengthening accountability in banking: 
A new regulatory framework for individuals" was published on 30th July 2014.
The regulation will need to be implemented by March 2016, awaiting confirmation in the final rules which have yet to be published. It will impact all areas of the bank.
The project consists of 4 initiatives: the Senior Manager Regime, Certification Regime and Conduct Rules, HR and Evidence and is being run through the HR Division.

We are looking for a Policy ER & Contracts Lead for the HR workstream of the project, who would be responsible for managing all updates and changes to the bank's policies and contracts as part of the change in regulations.

Experience required:

  • Leading, directing and control of the delivery of diverse cross-functional programmes, and leading major change initiatives which implement business strategies.
  • Experience in working in Regulatory Change Projects and in HR Processes Change, and associated IT systems and data.
  • Experience in dealing with very senior Stakeholders (Director/Board member level)
