Customer Support Engineer required for mobile network consolidation project in Dublin, Ireland.
Providing first level technical support for customer and internal queries.
Acting as the customer interface for advanced Care service delivery and support. Working with complex projects and troubleshooting cases.
- leading role in complex troubleshooting
- meeting contracted response times.
- act as technical customer contact.
- system tracing and protocol flow analysis.
- Lead and provide expert support services
- Lead activities such as SW upgrades, technical audits and swaps.
You must have good experience working with Nokia 2G,3G and 4G technologies (mcBSC/mcRNC)
You must be eligible to work in Ireland
