My client, a leading ATM organisation in Belgium is looking for an experienced SharePoint Architect to work as part of a team for an initial one year contract with possibility of extension.
Job responsibilities and task description:
- Propose evolutions for the SharePoint platform (integration with external systems, security, upgrades and evolutions, extensions)
- Contribute to the definition and continuous improvement of our SharePoint platform technical standards governance
- Perform studies related to the evolution of our SharePoint platform in coordination with the Business and the IT department
- Define the necessary Information architecture (inc. taxonomy, managed metadata, content types, search)
- Define the technical design of SharePoint solutions in answer to functional requirements and/or architectural constraints
- Lead the implementation of technical solutions (custom development, integration, etc.)
Candidates interested in applying for this role will be expected to demonstrate the following experience:
- Expert knowledge of SharePoint 2013 technical architecture, administration and extensions possibilities at farm/Web app level
- Working knowledge of Agile methodology
- NINTEX Expertise
- Senior SharePoint 2013 functional expertise (OOTB functionalities, configuration possibilities)
- Strong understanding of Object Oriented Design and implementation using the .NET Framework
- Sound knowledge of SharePoint 2013 and Office 365
- Enterprise architecture and enterprise search
- SharePoint farms deployments
- SharePoint upgrade strategies (2010, 2013, O365, hybrid)
- Information architecture (taxonomy, Content Hub, etc.)
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Need to be flexible and adaptable
