Senior Desktop Engineer
Location: Rouen, France
Duration: 1 month initially (could extend to 12 months)
Rate: €24 to €27 per hour
Senior Desktop Engineer in an IT OSS team. OSS provides local and agreed remote site support for all local IT services. Support includes handling of user incidents and requests, management of different infrastructure and application components together with the service owner, service centres and the operation teams.
The OSS Team is responsible for doing the following tasks:
*Incident resolution when local presence is required
*Hardware procurement and stock management
*IMAC for standard IT devices
*Recycle & Disposals
*Asset Inventory Management
*Spare Management and Loan Devices
*Local Applications Support
*Duty Ring support
*VIP/Flex Support
*Hands and feet support for network equipment, Servers and security devices
*Mobile phone support
*Participation in Projects and Change Management
*Printer support
*Other tasks defined in the UPM - HCL On-site Service Description or mutually agreed between both parties
Must speak both English and French
