SCOM ADMINISTRATOR, SPAIN, £EXCELLENT DAY
One of our prestigious clients is currently looking to add a SCOM Administrator to one of their office's based in Valencia, Spain.
Responsibilities:
- Administer the SCOM infrastructure, ensuring that it is stable, up to date, well designed, properly tuned and properly maintained
- Extend the current infrastructure and/or implement a new infrastructure
- Support SCOM users
- Improve/configure the existing Management Packs
- Develop ad-hoc management packs when required
- Create relevant statistics for both SCOM team and SCOM user services
- Identify and troubleshoot known problems and document solutions.
- Perform required tasks in maintenance windows.
Skills & Experience:
- Two years or more of experience in SCOM for medium/large size organizations.
- Knowledge of SCOM 2012 (installation, maintenance and operations).
- Good knowledge on monitoring of Active Directory, Windows and Linux operating systems, SQL, SharePoint, Exchange and network devices.
- Experience in creation and maintaining Distributed Applications.
- Advanced knowledge of Management Pack development
- Good knowledge of XML, PowerShell and Scripting.
- Programming knowledge is desirable.
- Proficient in English.
