Your tasks:
- Managing individual projects or large subprojects. Ensuring performance in terms of costs, quality and deadlines.
- Analyzing and substantiating the project idea.
- Assessing the project ideas in term of feasibility, economy, risks and success factors accaording to the portfolio management.
- Elaborating project charters with targets, resources, milestones, cost, expenses, process model, project plan, risk plan and project organisation.
- Transforming and aligning the project proposal to an approved project mandate.
- Consolidating the status reports of projects, assessing and giving reasons for divergence of the master plan.
- Reporting according to informaton plan and initiating necessary arrangements.
- Creating the final project report and documenting the lessons learned.
Your qualifications
- Fluent English language
- Previous experience in a pharmaceutical company
- Experience with managing global projects
- Working experience in a virtual environment
- Degree in Computer Science or similar is desired
