Your tasks:
- Support Workstream Lead "Communication"
- Identify stakeholder target groups across TK
- Identify change management & communication levels/ needs/ targets per target group
- Define ways, frequency and cascade for change management & communication activities
- Develop toolbox to be used by BAs
- Prepare and distribute communication content
- Monitor satisfaction with implemented pro-cesses, services, communication activities and their impact
Your qualifications
- Good knowledge MS Office
- Good knowledge of SharePoint
- Good knowledge MS Project
- Strong Project Management Skills
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in infrastructure outsourcing
- Experienced in large-scale project communication
- Experienced in change management planning and support
- C-Level communication skills
- Good coordinator
- Excellent german and english skills
