Description
Role: Service Delivery Manager
Location: Pamplona, Spain
Duration: 3-6 months+
JD:
- Service Delivery Management
- Reviewing and approving major changes to go-live
- Working with suppliers for the Daily Status Review call on the P1/P2 tickets for the EMEA region
- Reviewing and creating Service requests for the necessary new requirements
- Working with EMEA divisional BPOs and power users closely for the issues/concerns on the respective business processes to have the necessary support from suppliers
- Keep a track of high priority issues/incidents, P1, P2 tickets till resolution confirmation
- Working with Service desk team on communication protocols and issues reporting in case of escalated issues
- Reporting the status updates to Delphi internal management on high priority issues
- Working closely with Global ERP SDM and APAC SDM on operational issues
- Reviewing and approving the POs for EMEA Service requests
- Working closely with business SMEs on NGT LM area
