Description

Role: Service Delivery Manager

Location: Pamplona, Spain

Duration: 3-6 months+

JD:

  • Service Delivery Management
  • Reviewing and approving major changes to go-live
  • Working with suppliers for the Daily Status Review call on the P1/P2 tickets for the EMEA region
  • Reviewing and creating Service requests for the necessary new requirements
  • Working with EMEA divisional BPOs and power users closely for the issues/concerns on the respective business processes to have the necessary support from suppliers
  • Keep a track of high priority issues/incidents, P1, P2 tickets till resolution confirmation
  • Working with Service desk team on communication protocols and issues reporting in case of escalated issues
  • Reporting the status updates to Delphi internal management on high priority issues
  • Working closely with Global ERP SDM and APAC SDM on operational issues
  • Reviewing and approving the POs for EMEA Service requests
  • Working closely with business SMEs on NGT LM area
