Description
Details- Report to our Senior Domain Leader and work with the business and development teams .
- Some examples of the work assignments would include the list below but for the most part they would be doing a lot of meeting notes, documentation, project plan review and updating, plan tracking, and status reporting.
- Provide UAT meeting reports, keep stats updated
- Attend UAT meetings- take notes, make updates in TFS as needed
- Attend Integration meetings- take notes, confirm follow up items that need to happen and follow up 2 days later to confirm they have in fact happened.
- Schedule needed follow up meetings.
- Assigning TFS issues that come in to product owners throughout the day
- Track issues and confirm questions are being answered, bugs/features are being added, escalate when items are sitting for too long
- Across modules confirm that best practices are being followed (provide TFS reports to show - code review tasks are completed, test plan reviews are completed, features are provided in advance of a sprint, goals are linked to features, themes are populated)
- Finding items in TFS that need to be cleaned up - sprints and iterations are in line, goals are align
- Numbers for modules are in line with capacity, what changes are happening week to week
- Meet each week with each Product owner to get items cleaned up
- Position is first shift, but may be required to stay later for meetings a few days a week.
Skills:
- Expert experience with Excel
- Pivot tables, formulas, graphs, VLookups
- Strong TFS (Team Foundation Server) skills including exporting and importing data, running reports and tracking burn down
