Application Support Analyst/Message Bus/MQ/Windows/Linux/Databases
For one of our clients, a global organization, we are currently looking for an application support analyst to support the global messaging facility that facilitates in the communication of front/middle/Back Office applications in a Windows/Unix (Linux) environment.
Application Support Analyst activities will include: -
-Troubleshooting connectivity issues to the global message facility and front/middle/Back Office applications
-Installations and configurations for all the global message facility system adapters
-Configuration of LDAP Servers and databases (SQL, Sybase, Oracle)
To be considered for this application support position you must have: -
-At least 3 years of experience as an application support analyst
-Working knowledge of database connectivity (SQL, Sybase, Oracle)
-Knowledge with 'flow of messages between applications" in a large corporate environment
-Basic understanding of MQ
-Working knowledge on XML
This is a fantastic contract opportunity with the likelihood of multiple extensions.
