Description
A leading Financial Services organisation requires a Corporate Tax Manager to join them on a 6 month contract basis to work within the UK and US Corporation, Tax, compliance and advisory for the business.
Reporting to the Head of Tax, your main responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in preparation and submission of UK and US CT Returns.
- Assistance in preparation of tax accounting for the Group.
- Assisting the Head of Tax in providing tax support and advice to the Business.
- Providing tax planning and compliance support regarding the tax position of the organisations representative offices and the roll out of the European Hubs.
- Ad hoc project work as required by the Head of Tax
The successful candidate will have experience of dealing with Corporate Tax issues within a commercial environment with good technical knowledge of Corporation Tax with some experience of the tax treatment of permanent establishments. You will have excellent analytical skills with good attention to detail, strong Excel skills and be familiar with Oracle.
Education/Qualifications
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
- 2-3 years post Qualified Accountant ACA/ACCA/CIMA and/or CTA (or equivalent)
