DATA QUALITY MANAGERManning Global’s Client is a world renowned and global leading telecommunications organization with activities in more than 20 countries across 4 continents. For years, its name has been recognized and best known for quality and innovative technology.
On behalf of our client, Manning Global is currently look for Data Quality Manager, to join their project in Spain or UK
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Defining the data quality tests, targets and operating thresholds for existing and new data sources and products.
• Reviewing and amending the test suite where necessary to meet changes in operational or business needs.
• Involvement in improvement of data quality.
• In depth analysis of data or quality issues, characterising the impact in end product terms, identifying root cause and proposing appropriate amending actions.
QUALIFICATIONS/PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCES REQUIRED:
• A degree in engineering or IT.
• High level of technical and data literacy.
• Highly motivated individual with a startup mentality.
• Must have previous experience in manipulation of large data sets.
• Mathematical background is highly preferred.
• Expert in manipulating data in a SQL environment.
• Problem solving oriented with ability to demonstrate creativity.
• Excellent communicator with high presentation skills.
• Experience with data science tools such as R, Python, Hive and Hadoop is strongly preferred.
• Fluent in English, other language skills are a plus.
