We are looking for a candidate who will be: An administrator and support engineer with strong messaging knowledge and excellent troubleshooting skills who is flexible and willing to learn.
Responsibilities:
- Design & engineering global email infrastructure (Microsoft Exchange, Ironport)
- Mobile messaging operational support & engineering (Airwatch, Exchange ActiveSync, BlackBerry, Good for Enterprise)
- Advanced Microsoft Lync 2013 troubleshooting and implementation
- Active Directory 2012R2
- Global DNS Design & Management
- Mail routing (SMTP, Ironport, LDAP filtering)
- General mail infrastructure administration (upgrading, patching, tuning and monitoring)
Requirements:
- Educated to degree level (or equiv. work experience)
- 6+ years relevant industry experience
- MS Exchange
- MS Outlook
- MS Lync 2013
- Active Directory 2008R2/2012R2
- MS Windows Server 2008R2/2012R2
- Mobile messaging
- Ambitious & driven, while being considerate of others (win-win perspective)
- Strong interpersonal skills (verbal and written) in order to communicate with all levels of the business & IT
- Fluent in English
Experience with the following would be advantageous:
- Engineering and administration of Lotus Domino &Notes 8.5.x
- PowerShell scripting and/or Programming skills
- Microsoft SharePoint Web Administration
- Xphone/Lync integration
- Cisco Call Manager
- General server virtualization concepts
- General LAN/WAN concepts
- Enterprise experience is a must
