Leading Investment Bank requires a strong Java support developer to develop a core banking application that is critical to the bank whilst also providing some 3rd Level development support - acting as a point of support for the 1st-Level/2nd-Level support team - to investigate and resolve issues that require greater application and/or technical knowledge.
The main part of the role will be development on critical application for the bank, there will also be an aspect of third line support so support experience is also a MUST HAVE
Rate: Up to £600p/day
Start: ASAP (can wait 4 weeks)
Duration: 6 months initial, scope for multiple extensions
