Information Security Consultant - Mobile Apps, Cloud SecurityI'm looking for Security Consultant, to join a consultancy on a large transition & piece of work for an end client. The contract itself will be initially for a six months period, but scope to extend beyond that point.
The Security Consultant will be at a senior consultant level - ideally an InfoSec all-rounder, capable of;
- Writing, producing and reviewing current and future InfoSec standards and working with security working groups and steering committees, taking their requirements on board and ratify policy as needed.
- A strong awareness of mobile app testing, the processes required, the best methodologies and has some operational and strategic experience around this. Not looking for an app tester, but someone who can scope and run tests and build out the team.
- Good all round experience of cloud security and happy to take on significant / complex assessments
- Solid security architecture experience
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
Desirable:
- Extensive consulting experience (ideally 10-15 years) within Information Security.
- Certifications; CISSP, CCNP, SCRUM Master, ITILv3, PRINCE2 Practitioner
The role itself will be home working the majority of the time, but you may be required to travel to client site 1-2 days a week, which is based in Manchester (some weeks not at all - so very flexible).
