Oracle UPK E-learning Developer/Developer (UPK, Taleo, eLearning)
Oracle UPK (User Productivity Kit) E-learning Developer required by Whitehall Resources to carry out the design, development and delivery of an oracle HRMS focused training programme. As a UPK and eLearning Developer/Specialist, you will be required to contribute to the design, development and delivery of Training interventions for all releases including face to face and alternative methods such as webinars and video-bites, in support of rollouts of new and upgraded corporate systems that will contribute to the successful development of user knowledge, confidence, adoption and best practice.
Essential skills:
* Oracle Trainer with proven experience delivering training and elearning material using the UPK Training suite
* Extensive knowledge of oracle HRMS, specifically Taleo
* Experience in the design, development and implementation of a high quality training solutions
* Has developed solutions to enhance employees' system usage effectiveness and satisfaction
* Experience in contributing to the design of training assessment/evaluation methods.
* Background in managing production and distribution of training materials to employees via UPK/Taleo Learn
