MI Data Analyst - Kegworth - £120 per day minimum DOE Crystal Reports, SQL

PTS are recruiting on behalf of a global organisation who are seeking to hire an MI Data Analyst to join their Business Management & Reporting team within their busy Service Centre.

The Business Management & Reporting team are responsible for measuring all aspects of operational performance and the delivery of detailed Business Intelligence reports within the centre.

Key responsibilities:

  • Analysis of data to identify trends and process improvements
  • Extraction, analysing and delivery of reporting to support problem management
  • Live reporting via dashboard interfaces to facilitate operational service management
  • Measure customer satisfaction
  • Investigation of data anomalies
  • Produce ad-hoc reports when requested
  • Possess the ability to present these report findings to all levels within the organisation

Essentials:

  • A clear understanding of MI principles and call centre operations.
  • MS SQL/TSQL experience
  • Crystal Reports
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office - particularly Microsoft Excel and Access.
  • Knowledge of VBA in both Excel and Access.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills.
  • You will have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Access and PowerPoint with good attention to detail and demonstrate the ability to apply logic to finding solutions.

Candidates are offered a long term rolling contract with regular reviews of training needs and requirements, in addition our client will sponsor clients to gain further training from approved bodies in order to develop their career.
