IT Architect -
We are looking for IT Architect, Teradata, FS-LDM data model, DWH, Banking,- for an 7 months assignment in Stockholm.

Experience
- 8 years as an IT architect.
- Solid working knowledge of Solution Design and Development Processes in the BI/DW domain.
- The role is to be an architect in the architect team in a high-profile data warehouse programme based on Teradata and the FS-LDM data model.
- The consultant needs the ability to analyze, detail and present solution options for a diverse set of requirements in a complex environment.
- The expectations on this role is to be able to own the overall solution architecture for projects within the program, detail architectural solutions and align with the overall architecture. It is important to be able to proactively drive the architecture work for the projects, coordinating and aligning with all stakeholders within both business and IT.
- Take Data files and Requirement specifications and transform them, through analysis and understanding of core banking processes and how the data provided maps to these processes, to a Logical Data Model.
- Map specific source file attributes to target entities, identify transformation rules, filters, etc.
- Manage the key design process; modelling/mapping of the foundation (3NF) and the presentation layer (Dimensional).
- Own the artifacts generated in design (data models, mappings, physical models).
- Own the Quality of the deliverables
- Drive discipline in design activities - ie, produce correct designs.
- Drive "requirement expectations" upstream.
- Banking a major plus
Skills:
- Proven experience of data modelling from the Financial Services industry.
- Preferably with Teradata's FS-LDM
- Finance/Banking,
- IBM DataStage,
- SAP BusinessObjects
- Reconciliation processes,
- GL,
- Datamodelling
