GCS Construction/Senior Quantity Surveyor/London/9- 12 month contract
GCS are currently recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to assist within the major works division of a leading highways contractor. My client is a well-established highway contracting specialist delivering highway solutions for strategic and local road networks on behalf of TFL
The successful Quantity Surveyor will ideally have:
- A relevant professional Quantity Surveying qualification or proficient management experience within the construction industry
- Working knowledge of NEC contracts in particular option C
- Experience of guiding assistant grade Quantity Surveyors
- Ability to undertake site measurements
- Ability to demonstrate excellent communication and organization skills
