CRM Functional Designer (French and/or Dutch speaking)
Capital IT Resourcing are currently recruiting for a CRM Functional Designer. The aim of the project is to developer and extend the clients current CRM tool and case management. We need an experienced functional designer with good knowledge of CRM functionalities.
If you have worked in an insurance environment previously this will be advantageous, especially if you have experience in employee benefits. The client runs Microsoft CRM Dynamics in a Wintel environment.
- Design functional solutions based on the business requirements and architecture outputs.
- Collaborate with technical designers to translate the functional design into well-tailored technical design.
- Coordinate solution developments.
- Prepare & Execute the necessary test cases based on the requirements to meet the expected quality.
- Support the business and the IT Team during user acceptance testing.
- Organise go live of the application.
