My client is one of the leading telecom providers in the world and they are now looking for a Service Provider Operation Expert.
In this role, you will support a strategic relationship with a core group of Tier 1 customers and a Joint Innovation Centre with at least one service provider. You will lead the business concepts, design and architecture for the company with a specific focus on the Infrastructure innovation project acting as a bridge between our labs customer engagement team and the HQ teams. You will draw from your deep and broad technical expertise to lead solution workshops and provide leadership on complex business and technical issues.

- Support Strategic Customer Engagement with at least one tier 1 customer
- Coordinate customers insights from competitor, customer engagements for HQ
- Own the ICT-Orchestrator quality presentation materials and assets to support executive customer meeting, bridging HQ technical presentations for C-Level and customer executives.
- Product Management Asset readiness, representing the customer view on demos, presentations and supporting assets in general.
- ICT-Orchestration Alpha, Beta portfolio Introduction to Lead Customers
- ICT-Orchestration Ecosystem engagement with lead customers focusing on the needs of lead customers and acting as technical bridge to the Labs Innovation and Ecosystem Team.
Experience required:
- Bachelors in Computer Science/Engineering with Business Qualifications
- Master or higher degree in computer science preferred, software architectures and/or communications with business qualification or industry experience.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience, 7+years of which must be customer engagement position or leadership in a Service Providers. Experience designing solutions and iterating through agile development models for service provider operations.
- At least 2 years cloud experience with some exposure to working with the main carriers. Have an in-depth understanding of cloud trends and challenges faced or experience with evolution to Software Defined Network (SDN). Network Virtualization Function (NFV), Cloud/Virtualization and Data Centre orchestration
- Have a deep understanding of customers requirements/pains, competitive landscape, market moves, etc. in the Internet Operations DevOps field.
- Excellent Communicator and Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Worldwide short-term travels are required
- Hands-on and can-do attitude
