Release Manager - IAM - European Commission - Brussels
For one of our projects at the European Commission in Brussels, we are urgently looking for a Release Manager for an Identity and Access management project.
Main tasks:
- Quality management throughout the whole life-cycle of different modules of the identity and access management infrastructure, such as authentication systems, repositories, provisioning processes and administration tools. This includes the follow-up of development activities, the prioritisation of change requests and the supervision of the different test phases.
- Analysis of test requirements and validation of the deliverables using a set of automated scenarios.
- Release management and participation in the deployment phase.
- Delivery of procedure manuals and participation in their implementation and control.
- Compliance with a standard way of working within unit DIGIT B1 supported by a central documentation wiki (CITnet Confluence), a project follow-up web application (CITnet Jira) and a common version control system (CITnet Subversion and/or Git).
For this role you need to have experience in:
- Release manager and architect.
- Significant working experience in quality assurance on technically complex projects
- Excellent knowledge and significant working experience with JMeter, JUnit and Selenium
- Excellent knowledge and significant working experience with Jira, SVN or Git, Cruise Control or Jenkins
- Good knowledge of web security and of the techniques used to mitigate security risks
- Good knowledge of symmetric and asymmetric cryptography including key management, encryption, signature and hashing
- Good knowledge of the Java programming language
- Good knowledge of JEE technology and Oracle Weblogic
- Good knowledge of web technologies including HTTP
- Good knowledge of web services including SOAP and REST
- Good knowledge of relational databases including SQL
- Good knowledge of directories including LDAP
The next are considered assets:
- Experience with web technologies other than Java, such as ColdFusion and PHP
Languages:
Fluent in English and French is an asset
