Description
The material delivery interface (MDI), an application built on SAP MM/SD/LE/PI, receives from all production plants in Europe the finished goods and their logistic and delivery information. This information is used to create intercompany and sales invoices, dispatch advices, quality certificates and feed many other systems.The monitoring and error management is done via an in-house built cockpit which is managed by the MDI application team and used to communicate with the production plants. On a weekly basis an extra control is performed by a stock comparison between plant stock photo and MDI-stock photo.
In order to reinforce the MDI application team, we are looking for a functional assistant.
Responsibilities:
•Day to day management, analysis and communication with plants on MDI cockpit
•Analysis of the differences list in stock comparison
•2nd and 3rd level support on tickets in MDI-perimeter
•Documenting and formalizing of above activities

•Excellent analyzing skills
•Service oriented, accurate and committed
•Affinity with business processes
•Experience with SAP
•Fluent English; Dutch and French is an asset
Duration:
1 year (contracts of 6 months)
