Who are we?
A Snowboarding/Paddleboarding start-up based around a patent pending accessory hitting the market Fall 2015. We have an outstanding new product with no competition in our niche. Our sales are through our website and retail outlets. Our website is 99% complete and functional but our web designer is no longer available due to personal reasons and we are searching for his replacement.

Who are you?

You are a talented freelance WordPress designer in North America.

You have high level CSS skills, WordPress experience, and solid Javascript, PHP & MYSQL skills.

Advanced Adobe PS skills are a bonus as we need you to be able to work on clothing logo’s and various graphic design projects.

Responsibilities:

Maintain website

Implement changes requested

Website troubleshooting

SEO / Social Media Advertising

Graphic Design for website and Brand Clothing

Personal Competencies:

Strong communication and/or experience working with a remote client

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, strong organizational skills, with a methodical approach to all tasks

Ability to prioritize workloads and meet deadlines

Fluent English speaker

Compensation:
We are offering an unique opportunity that gives you direct control of your income through us. Pay is contractual, and is based off of company sales. Up to 5% of web based sales as compensation. On average we require 5-10 hours a month of your time. However, if there is an urgent project or upcoming roll out we may require a larger time commitment.

Perks
As a freelancer we are just a portion of your income. However as our Web-designer/SEO/Social Media Guru you have direct control over how many potential customers are directed to our site, what they see when they get there. And your pay is based off of those web sales. The better you do your job to direct traffic and sales to the website the more $$$ you are going to make with us. You may only work 5 hours a month but could easily make ~$1000 that month in commission. Our product has no competition and appeals to the entire snowboarding demographic. We are very confidant in outstanding sales this coming season.
