An Oxford based market leader require an experienced Test Engineer/Test Analyst to come on board and join their growing organisation.
Working in a safety critical environment, you will work closely with the hardware and development teams.
You will ensure that functional faults and other faults are found, investigated and reported correctly and undertake manual testing, network testing, Embedded software testing and keep track of System requirements.
The successful candidate will have the following skills:
Strong background in Embedded software testing
Solid experience in defect tracking and test management
Knowledge of networking concepts and network protocols
SQL skills
Excellent problem solving skills
Any of the following would be advantageous:
Experience working with wireless communication technologies
Scripting knowledge ie. Python, Perl
ISO standards
Ideally you will be a strong communicator with the ability to work in small teams and independently.
