Description
System Integration Engineer/Contract/France:My client, a leading communication company based in Paris are currently seeking a System Integration Engineer, to come on board and join the team for an initial 6 month contract, with possible extension.
The successful candidate will be involved with the integration and testing of features delivered by Software Team, on the LTE Modem Side or Embedded Linux side. You will participate in the definition of integration test plans, executing the test plan on our internal test equipment.
You will also be investigating the issues and work closely with Software teams to resolve the issues.
KNOWLEDGE:
Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex software/hardware systems
Scripting (eg python) or software development in C/C++
Good knowledge of Linux
experience in drivers development/integration
Networking & protocols, data communication (Ethernet, TCP/IP), and/or wireless (WIFI)
Experience in using configuration tools and bug tracking systems
QA methodology (test plans, test report )
Skills in composing technical documentation
Knowledge of LTE protocol is a plus
