QUALITY MANAGER

The quality manager will promote, support and lead quality improvement initiatives. He or she will be responsible for ensuring that all administrators, projects managers and others will develop and maintain their part of the quality management system.
A key role of the quality manager is that of ensuring that customer requirements and expectations have been accurately identified and that the organisation is meeting or exceeding customer expectations.

Main activities/profile:
At least 3 years of experience as a quality control (QC) or quality assurance (QA) engineer, within the domains covered by the contract
Excellent problem solving skills
Working knowledge of ISO9000, ISO9001, ISO27001, ISO20000, TIA-942 or equivalent
Knowledge of software development cycles
Very strong knowledge of the English language
Responsible for implementing quality control programs, investigate and solve problems
Setting up and maintaining quality control reports, standards and procedures
Writing technical and management reports
