SOA, Integration, Delivery Architect, Strategic, eCommerce, SOA, RESTful, SOAP, web services, Java, XML, XSD, XSLT, ESB, IBM MB7, IIB9We are currently seeking a Contractor in an Integration Lead - Strategic Integration Framework capacity.
We have a Contractor currently operating in the role of Lead Integration Architect for the Integration Framework for eCommerce Project. Due to the requirement to progress the Strategic Integration Framework, it is proposed to introduce a new Lead Integration Architect into the eCommerce Programme. This person will take over the Contractors existing responsibilities on the eCommerce Programme, and will provide bandwidth for them to progress the Design and Realisation of the Strategic Integration Platform in conjunction with an additional contractor.
Please Note: The ideal candidate will be willing to work in Amsterdam and the West Midlands. We will consider candidates who will work in one of those locations but the preference will be candidates who can work in both.
We are seeking the following skills and experience for this role:
- Delivery Architect with at least 5 years experienced of SOA/Integration implementations
- Good communicator with ability to mentor less experienced architects and developers
- Good knowledge of RESTful and SOAP based web services
- Good knowledge of Java technologies
- Good knowledge of XML technologies such as XSD, XSLT
- Good knowledge of working with ESB technologies
- Understanding of IBM MB7 and/or IIB9 architecture, but will consider good experience with other ESB technologies
