Description

Our client - A tier 1 investment bank - has a requirement for a ServiceNow Process Consultant to help define their process framework.

Responsibilities:

Key responsibilities will include, defining the process architecture for application development, assisting the team in qualifying the client requirements towards ITSM, and working with different business groups to understand existing processes and come up with plans to improve and automate them. You will be expected to build and document process maps, and work with clients to assess the current state of tools and processes.

Key Requirements:

You will have a strong background in ITIL, with advanced certifications. Over 10 years' experience in the IT infrastructure space, in various lead roles. Experience in crafting solutions leveraging global delivery model, with a very strong understanding of Enterprise architecture and best practices. You will also have ServiceNow Process experience, facilitating requirements for defined service management processes, configuration support, and implementation.

Proven consulting/delivery skills, especially in the Enterprise System Management space, would be highly beneficial. As would a deep knowledge of Infrastructure and Application Performance monitoring solutions.
