SCRUM Master IPTV - Swedish Speaking
Our client requires a SCRUM master for IPTV at TVoverIP. They need someone with experience in running at least two parallell SCRUM teams in environments in an upstart/change intensive period. The person will coordinate two teams with long backlogs, and where one of the teams is brand new, and where the entire organization is learning to work in an Agile environment.
- They need a person with a background in development/project management/SCRUM mastering of mission critical systems (banking, gaming, television, etc.), and preferably someone with experience in running at least two parallell SCRUM-teams.
- Great communication and conflict management skills
- English and Swedish
