Sharepoint Trainer
Following the recent implementation of a new EDRMS our client a leading public sector organisation is looking to recruit an experienced SharePoint Trainer.
You will have full responsibility of all user training and floor walking.
Responsibilities
- Delivery of half-day classroom-based training sessions
- Ongoing user training support
- Report writing based on user feedback
- Provide floor-walking support
- Liaise with ICT service desk and project team to ensure that support issues are handled effectively
Essential Experience
- Demonstrable experience of delivering EDRMS user training on SharePoint 2013
- Demonstrable experience as a trainer on enterprise-wide system roll-outs
- Experience of writing training manuals and classroom based materials
