Our client has exclusively given us the privilege to fulfil this exciting opportunity working for a FTSE 250 company in the Thames valley, Berkshire. This role requires a qualified accountant to drive the finance function in this exciting paced industry. If you are a highly driven, technically minded individual who thrives in fast moving environments we would be very keen to speak to you.
The proactive applicant will be responsible for managing and being an integral part of the team, providing strong financial leadership skills and who can communicate concisely about financial concepts to all levels of stakeholders financial and non-financial. Meeting deadlines for P+L and all other month end processes within a 1 week window. Including forecast comparisons, balance sheet reports and reconciliations. You will be working closely with the management team in supporting their understanding of their costs and revenue trends. You will be able to manage working capital and outstanding debt via the account managers whilst supporting them in bid preparations and modelling.
To become successful and to give you the edge in your application will require strong Excel skills and the ability to use SAP. Experience in managing staff would also be desirable.
