Contract, Freelance, £425PD - £500PD Mobile Lead, Technical Lead, Developer, Senior Developer, iOSMy client is a leading technology solutions provider and consultancy that are one of the Times Top Tech Track for fast growing technology businesses. Based in central London they work on large scale enterprise and consumer applications and software solutions for clients such as Vodafone, Pepsi and Npower.
They are now seeking to hire a highly competent lead developer to manage their mobile team of 5 current mobile developers and work as technical lead, supervising the work flows, engaging with clients and also partaking in high-level architectural and systems design as well as hands on iOS Development. This role is very much a technical lead and not a development manager as hands on coding is required.
Ideally candidates will have:
- 3 years + iOS Development experience (Any cross platform development would be hugely advantageous but not essential)
- 5 years + Development experience in general as a software, application or Web Developer.
- Experience of acting as lead of senior developer within a team of mobile developers.
- Experience of working in a client facing role liaising with both clients and senior level stake-holders within the business.
- Preferably some experience of working in a Software House, Consultancy, Digital Agency, Mobile agency or 3rd party solution provider working with customers.
This role is a contract position due to the urgency and need of the hire and the very high quality required in terms of skills and experience. The contract is booked initially at 6 months but it will very likely run to 18 as my client have worked with their main clients for over 8 years.
