Description

A leading provider of IT communication services, our client is currently looking for an IT call advisor person to join their expanding team at their prestigious offices in Sheffield.

You will be providing a variety of users with telephone help-desk support dealing with a range of technical tasks for example resetting passwords using Active Directory or troubleshooting Microsoft software issues including Outlook. You will try to resolve queries at first contact, ensuring all calls are logged and tracked on the Remedy Call Management system. Where you are not able to solve the query you will pass to your second level support colleagues.

With your previous experience working within a customer-focussed environment, positive 'can do' attitude, good listening skills you will succeed to manage a demanding workload in this fast paced and service level orientated role.
