Omschrijving Mr. Business Analyst (Windows 7) (QR3218) :
For our client in Amsterdam we are looking for a Medior Business Analyst (Windows 7). Preparation of migration activities, support during migration and making reference documents (FAQ, QRC etc.) for end-users for the new windows 7platform.
Profile Mr. Business Analyst (Windows 7) (QR3218):
- Experience with Windows-7 and Office-2013 which will be distributed by a software distribution system on a Windows platform.
- Experience with analyzing and solving issues
- Strong communication skills which enables the candidate to clearly communicate with end users, project managers, process owners and the external supplier
- Experience with writing installation manuals for software
- Keep track of progress on UAT testing and gives support during Acceptance Testing
- from the candidate we also expect that he / she will come with new proposals, improvements.

Tasks Mr. Business Analyst (Windows 7) (QR3218):
- Support the application owners in making there (vendor supplied) software available on the new windows 7 platform. This includes checking if the application is compliant with the new Windows 7 platform
- Help to adapt/upgrade/replace software if needed, writing a installation manual, requesting the creation of a package based on the installation manual and request form, testing the package when delivered and submitting the change for deployment
Environment Mr. Business Analyst (Windows 7) (QR3218):
Migrating from a W7 - Office bits environment to a W7 - Office and 64 bit environment. A new workplace platform is being introduced. Important features of the new platform are:
- Windows7 operating system
- Microsoft Office Suite 2013
- Internet Explorer 10
- Virtual Desktops (Citrix XenApp Server)
- Application virtualization technology (App-V 5.0)
