Oracle PL/SQL Developer - Shell Scripting, XML, DTD, XSD
Oracle PL/SQL developer required by my client a leading provider of software and services for an urgent contract based in Brussels, Belgium the contract will initially be 6 months with view to extend.
My client is looking for someone who is an analyst/developer, someone who can analyze production issues and new projects, suggest solutions, gets them approved and then implements and test them.
Required:
Customer facing experience:
*Being directly involved with the customer onsite (face2face).
*To have experience being directly managed by the customer (distribution of the work is done by them).
*To be able to present and justify conclusions and solutions to IT but business audience as well.
Analytical and presentation skills:
*To be able to analyse issues in production.
*Provide summary/conclusion and propose solutions (depth depends on the audience of course - different level of details for IT and business).
*To gather business or IT requirements and to propose a solution + drive the solution approval process.
Development background:
*Workable knowledge of Shell Scripting, (PL)SQL, knowledge of Oracle DB.
*Optionally any kind of development background (any language).
*Experience with XML, DTD, XSD, MS Office (mainly Excel and Access).
The candidate does not need to be an expert, my client will consider more junior candidates also.
