Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Define and continually refine appropriate performance measures for Ad Ops Planning and Support- including outcomes, operational processes, product performance, and quality assessments.
Develop and produce reports to monitor various KPI's across a broad range of parameters.
Provide innovative actionable analytical insights focused on streamlining products and processes.
Use analytical skills to critically assess performance and foster collaboration in crafting and developing improved approaches. Create and automate reporting capabilities around identified measures.
Define and implement improved data collection, storage, and access methodologies (systems and processes).
Identify improvement opportunities and advocate enhancements to customer-facing processes and efforts.
Leveraging advanced statistical capabilities for correlation and root cause analysis- exploring all aspects of fulfillment and customer experiences touch points.
Serve as a leader to and liaison for an advanced statistical analysis team.
Work with cross-functional teams on high priority initiatives for the organization- developing solutions and driving implementation focused on the customer experience.
Undertake ad-hoc research and advanced analysis projects to uncover key information and construct compelling business cases for business process changes.
Gather and analyze data through quantitative and qualitative mechanisms to provide insight for decisions on critical strategic issues. Develop a thorough understanding of customers, the company's relation to their business and results, in particular how those solutions create customer value.
Leverage analytical and technical skills to develop more junior team members.

Demonstrated advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Proficient with BI toolsets - Business Objects, SQL-Based GUI tools, Power Pivot, etc.
Working knowledge of statistical analytical methods - regression models, CHAID, data mining techniques, etc.
Creative problem-solving skills and a strategic perspective
Self-motivated, superior communication skills, and strong team player
5 + years' experience in analysis roles producing actionable insights from raw data
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or a related field of study
BS/BA or equivalent experience in business analytics, operations, finance or related field.
Ability to tell a story with data, and present it in a relevant, fact based, easy to understand method.
Understanding of reporting systems, modelling and digital marketing business.
Excellent financial and analytical skills and very detail orientated.
Special Skills/Qualifications:
5 + years experience financial oriented/statistical modelling
Experience performing analysis on marketing or retention functions
Experience using SQL Server and Oracle data repositories
Excellent proven analytical and problem solving skills.
Expert level skill with Excel necessary for success.
Expertise in range of MS Office tools.
Desired Skills:
SalesForce.com knowledge a plus.
Lean/Six Sigma experience a plus.
Advanced Business Intelligence experience.
Data mining mythologies and experience.
Robust SalesForce Experience.
Understanding of reporting systems, modelling and digital marketing business.
