SAP SRM Consultant required to work in a busy, professional environment.
Based in Dublin - Republic of Ireland.
This client-facing role involves a wide variety of project work, typically based on client sites, ranging from full project life cycle new implementations, through brownfield work, such as scope extensions to shorter term consulting engagements, such as business improvements.
The desired candidate will become part of a tight-knit team of consultants spanning a range of logistics functions. You may be working as part of a large project or individually directly with the client. You must be able to engage clearly and pro-actively both with clients, ranging from executives to end-users, and with fellow members of the Practice.
The desired candidate must have expertise in SRM and MM skills such as purchasing and invoice verification, as well as excellent integration knowledge with finance. Beyond deep functional knowledge you will have a process-driven approach to problem solving to create practical and effective solutions.
Experience & Qualifications:
Essential:
- Extensive configuration experience in SRM and MM purchasing and invoice processing - Minimum 5 years and 3 full project life-cycles.
- Clear and precise verbal and written communication
- Strong solution design and consulting capabilities
- Mobile, client site working
Desirable:
- SAP Procurement Implementation Team leading expertise
- Technical abilities to close gaps in functionality using ABAP, ABAP Webdynpro and BRF workflow.
- End-user support and training
- Project Methodology: ASAP or Prince II
- SAP certified
