Our client a leading telecommunications company are looking for a Collection Advisors to join their prestigious offices in Crawley. This will be a 6 month contract with a potential review and extension thereafter.

Hourly Rate: £10.95 per hour

Location: Crawley, west sussex

You will be responsible for credit and debt management for external UK business customers who would buy any type of the client's products or services. The customer's business would be contacted by you because of overdue payments or escalations on their file.

You will need to possess experience within collections or complaints. You will be required to negotiate, resolve and maintain good business relations. You will also need to possess an excellent telephone manner and be comfortable using Microsoft Excel, Office and Outlook.
