Fiber Design Engineer
One of the world leading telecoms vendors is looking for 2x Fiber Design Engineers to work on site, in Qatar on a 12 month extendable contract position.

To be considered for the role, you will need to have experience on OSP design projects, being responsible for feeder cable planning, design on network engineer (hands on Telcordia). Report to the Area Manager for the progress and the Design Manager for the design process. Attend site surveys when required and coordinate the activity of the contractor on the field. Support the field team for design changes during implementation. Complete the GIS updates and Ensure the Work order completion on N.E. Valid GCC Driving License (or international) required. You will need at least 5-8 years experience in fiber design architecture (Access, GPON), and good Telcordia tool experience.
