Job Description
Having SAP HCM 6-8 years of experience with 2 end-end implementation/Roll-out projects.
Experience in Employee central in SuccessFactors.
As SuccessFactors consultants, will have good organizational skills and be able to network and engage with a group of individuals of different nationalities. Having strong knowledge of integration with other HR systems
Desired Skills:
Skills in Employee Central in SuccessFactor
Creates project plans and monitors plans throughout the duration of assigned projects for application development and IT transformation projects.
Ensures quality and timeliness of project results.
Interact with user groups and prepare a detailed Workbook
Configuration skills coupled with preparation of test cases
Experience in SuccessFactor Implementation methodology
Assuring the successful transition of the Agreement to operational status.
Ability to roll-out and provide post go-live hyper-care support.
One or two country localization expertise.eg, Brazil, Germany, China or India.
Skills in Change management
Preferably Certified in Employee Central consultant
