A market leading automotive company are growing rapidly after setting up their new R&D centre based in Oxford. You will have a huge impact on the next generation products, producing high-quality, ground-breaking products.
You will Develop moderate up to complex software applications, create and executes design tasks and tests for developed projects and for other new functionalities.
Key responsibilities:
Develop software functionalities in one or more programming languages such as: C, C++, C#, Java, VB, assembly language
Apply specific automotive standards and follow the internal and generic automotive norms and procedures;
Apply the test /verification methodologies and release process from concept till the final release for mass production
Software engineering tools such as configuration management systems, build processes, and debuggers
Contribute with new concepts and innovative ideas in order to improve the performances of the developed
Advantageous:
A good understanding of Electronics and be able to support the HW Engineers (mostly with test activities, fault investigations, RCA and others)
in the software development process;
