Description
My client is a leading Financial Services organisation undergoing significant, high profile people, process and systems change. As part of this, a team has been appointed within their financial crime portfolio to define the strategic set-up and use of tools (Clarity, Open Workbench, Sharepoint) to support global delivery across all lines of business, covering 6 global programmes through a Matrix structure.
They are now seeking a User Adoption & Support Manager to fully embed a new version of Clarity. The role holders responsibilities will be three fold:
1. Manage an offshore team of support staff to ensure that everyday queries, access requests and issues are being resolved within the SLA and being escalated where necessary. This will require polished stake holder management skills as the tool is used by junior and very senior staff alike.
2. Manage and gain buy in for UAT testing so that the proper functionality is built in to the tool.
3. Create a Change & Implementation plan and engage with the user community to embed the necessary cultural and behavioural changes.
