Responsibilities
- 4K service solution research based on customer's requirements and HUAWEI 4K solution, for example research operator's 4K target network and evolution strategies in stepwise from current network. Analyze TCO and organization impacts and give service solutions to overcome these challenges.
- Develop Business Consultant service(BC), Network Consultant service(NC) and Operation Consultant service(OC) for key 4K projects. Develop technical and service solutions with customer based on their network and requirements, make solution presentations for customers and push HUAWEI service solutions in 4K domain.
- Optimize current Huawei 4K Professional Service architecture.
- Support delivery of 4K related projects(NC, planning, evaluation). Summarize the experience of 4K professional service delivery and related work template
Background and skills requirements
- At least 1 recent references with leading operators in the area of IPTV, Video content, OTT(Video) or alike. Deep understanding of operator business model, operational needs and processes.
- Deep understanding of Telco Fixed Network IP technologies, standards, architectures.
- Understand and identify the critical requirements from the world's leading operators in the 4K video service launch as well as competitive and innovation advantages from main rivals.
- Excellent and proven IPTV architecture and distribution solution design skills in the Telco (ILEC, CLEC, MSO) industry. Strong end-to-end thinking (services, network, IT).
- Strong know-how of products associated with Telco Fixed Networks (Cisco, Juniper, Alcatel-Lucent, valid CCIE/CCDE or JNCIE), skills on Huawei Router or FTTx portfolio desirable.
- Bachelor/Master or comparable degree in Telecoms or ICT and more than 8 years of professional experience within ICT operators or vendors.
- Excellent command of English language.
Experience requirements:
- More than 8 year's work experience in telecom industry, world class operators or incumbent vendors or well-known IPTV service providers.
- Worked or working for related telecom standard organization.
- The Candidate who has experience in IPTV business development, operation and integration solution is preferred.
