Oracle CC&B Architect
- Provide deep Oracle Customer Care & Billing (CC&B) product knowledge to the client Blueprint project:
- Analyze high level business requirements that come out of end to end process workshos, assess requirements fit/gap with CC&B product, derive RICEFWs to fill gaps in the solution, provide design rationale justofication for RICEFW assumptions
- Support estimation process asn RICEFWs are taking into solution estimating proces
- Support CC&B solution capability needs on the project, provide insight into CC&B capabilities, constraints, approaches to meeting requirements across Process, Technology and other workstreams.
- Participate in solutioning of CC&B into overall project solution landscape (integrations, master data, etc.)
