My Client is looking for a SharePoint SME who will work closely with the existing Super Users assisting with challenging support cases and technical issues, but also take part in planning and a migration to SharePoint Online. We believe that you should demonstrate best practise and share experiences to ensure it a seamless transition.
* Support and coach users and site administrators getting the best value from the collaboration tool
* Communicate and share best practice with reference group and user network
* Act 3rd line support for EPIC end users
* Educate users by webinars, class room training or E-learning sessions
* Keep support and maintenance documentation updated
* Test collaboration implementation of infrastructure
* Several years' experience of working with SharePoint
* Experience of user support
* Experience of user training
* Experience in no code development
* Service minded - you understand business requirements and apply to technical solutions
* SharePoint 2010
* SharePoint Online
* Microsoft Office 2010
