SAP Payroll Business AnalystOur client, a Leading UK Bank, are looking for a SAP Payroll Business Analyst to work out of their Bristol offices on a long-term contract basis.
The successful SAP Payroll Business Analyst candidate will have the following:
- Knowledge of tax and NI legislation in the UK (although offshore island knowledge also useful)
- Ability to interpret UK statute law and apply to implementation of SAP payroll
- Knowledge of payroll processes and requirements including tax, NI, statutory payments, salary sacrifices, flexible benefits, pensions, statutory reporting to HMRC including P11D and RTI returns
- An understanding of Benefits and Company cars and the impact on colleagues
- SAP Payroll skills
- Absence schemes, maternity and adoption pay principles, sickness and non-sickness absences
- Application of the above in the LBG implementation of the payroll systems
- SAP Financials knowledge and SAP payroll to finance interface principles
